Our wines

La vie, Ici, Aujourd’hui :
our pleasure range
These three words sum up our desire to live for the moment through wine.
We wanted to communicate the idea of a simple, and oh so symbolic, idea in “La vie” with Syrah for the red wine.
The characteristic freshness of our terroir is delightfully present in our white blend, which perfectly carries its name, “Ici”.
Next is the ephemeral spirit of having a good time with friends accompanied by the rosé wine, “Aujourd’hui”.
This range, personifies the estate with its convivial approach; a daily pleasure for all occasions.
For those extra special moments, we offer two more sophisticated wines.

” This sultry wine has a compelling nose of blackberries, boysenberries and charcoal briquettes. Thick and broad as it enters the palate, there’s plentiful density, superb fruit concentration and primo balance. Flavors of cassis, maple syrup and peat moss intertwine to create a crazy array of complexity. The incense-laden finish lingers with a balanced dryness.” 91/100 WineEnthusiast Feb2020

Serment de vigne and Chemin de vie :
our range elegance
“Serment de vigne” which could translate as “pledge from the vines” represents a challenge: our version of the Viognier grape, with an aromatic profile faithful to the variety but with a twist of character from the Thau lagoon. The pledge is an offer of wonderful balance between finesse and aromatic depth.
“Chemin de vie”, or Way of living, is a vintage which has been matured in well-seasoned oak casks, get the facts here. This process transforms the wine, offering a totally different profile to the initial version of Syrah wine. This wine is for laying down and is only presented when it is good and ready, when its rounded body and aromatic power are fully developed, for your pleasure.
These two confidential wines reflect the demanding precision applied during the wine making process through their subtle character, revealed only upon tasting.
